Unlike traditional build methods whereby the client would need to employ and liaise with an array of contractors, from plasters to decorators, floor layers to plumbers, and who is to say that all these trades will arrive on-site when needed and within the project “critical path”.

The traditional build has the added complexity with the need to employ independent designers, quantity surveys and project managers.
